chicago, part 1

i shot over 100 photos in chicago on saturday. so i'm going to break 'em up like i did louisville.

apparently i make people nervous when i stick my hand out the window at 70mph to take a photo. i had the camera strap wrapped around my wrist ... it was safe. regardless, these are driving from paper source to logan square.

Better than taking the pictures while you're driving. I've tried that, and it's either a bad idea, or it doesn't turn out good.

i take photos while i drive, too. it's not very safe, but the more i do it the safer it seems. it makes passengers nervous, though. :)

I LOVE paper source! Did you go to the river north location? I used to go there all the time, and then I would stop at Pearl across the street. Great pics!

Shocked here how well the photos turned out at 70 miles an hour. Very nice pics! I love Chicago.

joanie - yes, the river north location. it was my first time, and i LOVED it. we went into pearl, too. i mean, four designers can't just pass up an art supply store ...

fred - paper source is a store of paper-crafty goodness. lots of paper, envelopes, ribbon, some scrapbooky stuff, and lots of little odds & ends. i purchased a tiny pin for malissa, a mother's day card, a rubber stamp that says "thank you" for our booth bags, and a pirate.

bethany - these may not have been taken at 70 miles per hour. but sometimes you get really great pictures at high speeds. :)
