beads, beads, beads

this is the bracelet i made this past monday at bead night. i bead with three other gals - april, kathy and becca. so when i say things fit becca better than they fit me, it's because becca (the other becca) is smaller than i am. so no, i'm not crazy & talking about myself in the third person - there are two of us. although, we actually think we might be a little bit of the same person because we knew a lot of the same people in high school. we didn't meet each other though until she started working with me.

this is a bracelet i made awhile ago, but i don't think i ever shared. it's a three strand bracelet that i'm really tempted to keep. :)

and this is a set i made a few weeks ago. also temped to keep it, just because i love the green beads. they might be jasper? or a variety of jade? or ... something? i should probably pay more attention to what i'm buying at the bead store.

You are very Talented. I love them all. That's ok I just figured you were crazy with 2 personalities. Although I thought different Personalities changed names.
Are the beading jewelry expensive to make? I know someone who does it and says if she sold them she would have to charge like 40 or 50 bucks for her stuff so she just does it for gifts. Ok that was just my random thoughts for the day.

bethany - it depends what kind of beads you buy, really. the stuff i make isn't very expensive to produce - it just takes time to do it. if you want to get into it, i suggest going to michaels, hobby lobby or jo-anns & looking at what they have. and then buy some stuff & invite me over. :)

jody - yes, i'm hanging with mel & dan this weekend. and i'm so stinkin' excited about that.

I agree, your jewelry is beautiful! And I also was wondering about the "becca comment"!! Bethany, I don't know how to knit, but I can crochet. Well, I can only crochet in straight lines, but I can teach you how to make a scarf!
